1. Introduction Merchant Hub, operated by Reknew AI Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), is available at merchanthub.ac. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Merchant Hub — whether you're a merchant listing your business or an agent user accessing our API — and how we use it.

2. What Information We Collect When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. If you register as a merchant, you also provide your business name, website domain, business description, and the capabilities and API endpoints you want listed. If you register as an agent user, we generate an API key for you — stored in hashed form and shown to you only once. We also collect basic usage information such as search activity and how often your merchant listing appears in results.

3. How We Use Your Information We use the information you provide to run and secure your account, make your merchant listing discoverable to AI agents, send you essential account emails such as one-time passwords and password resets, and understand how the platform is being used so we can improve it. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your merchant data to any third party. Your information is used solely to operate this platform.

5. Your Merchant Listing The business information you submit — your name, domain, capabilities, and endpoints — is yours. By submitting it, you give us permission to index it and surface it to AI agents querying the platform. You can update or remove your listing at any time from your dashboard, or by deleting your account.

6. Cookies & Sessions We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It contains no personal information — only a secure session token. It is cleared when you log out. We do not use advertising cookies or any third-party tracking on this platform.

7. How Long We Keep Your Information We keep your account and listing data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Aggregate, anonymised usage statistics may be retained longer to help us improve the service.

8. Your Rights You can access, correct, or delete your information at any time. To do this, email us at [email protected] or delete your account directly from your account settings. We will respond to requests within 30 days.

9. Security We take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorised access or misuse — including hashed storage of API keys and passwords, and secure HTTPS-only connections. No system is completely immune to risk, but we take this seriously.

10. Children's Privacy Merchant Hub is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify registered users by email. Continuing to use the platform after changes are in effect means you accept the updated policy.
