Terms of Service

1. About Merchant Hub Merchant Hub, operated by Reknew AI Inc., is a directory where merchants list their businesses and AI agents discover them. We connect the two, but we are not involved in any transaction between merchants and agents. All transactions occur directly between the merchant and the agent's operator.

2. Using an Account You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and your information accurate. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Let us know immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. For Merchants You confirm that the business you list is yours, or that you are authorized to represent it. You are responsible for keeping your listing accurate and up to date. We may remove or suspend listings that are false, misleading, or in violation of these terms.

4. For Agent Users Your API key is issued for your use only. You may not share, sell, or transfer it. Fair use limits apply and may be enforced without prior notice. We reserve the right to revoke access for abuse, excessive load, or violation of these terms.

5. Prohibited Use You may not use Merchant Hub to submit fake or fraudulent listings, scrape or bulk-export data outside of authorized API access, attempt to bypass authentication or security controls, impersonate any person or business, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Your Content The merchant data you submit remains yours. By submitting it, you give us permission to index and surface it to AI agents querying the platform. You can update or remove your listing at any time from your dashboard, or by deleting your account.

7. The Service is Provided As-Is Merchant Hub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of third-party merchant data. We are not a party to any transaction between merchants and agents and are not liable for what happens in those transactions.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reknew AI Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, Merchant Hub, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reknew AI Inc. and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Merchant Hub or your violation of these terms.

10. Changes to These Terms We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after changes are in effect means you accept the updated terms.

11. Severability If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Merchant Hub regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
